Working from home has become the norm in many industries since the pandemic. A 2023 Gallup survey1 found that 8 in 10 remote-capable employees are working fully or partially remote (known as hybrid). And a 2023 FlexJobs survey2 found that 96% of working professionals preferred remote and hybrid working arrangements for their mental health. The majority of them (54%) wanted a fully-remote arrangement as opposed to hybrid or in office.

Some workplaces have fully embraced WFH, while others have adopted an in-person or hybrid approach. If WFH is your jam and your company doesn’t offer it, it may be time to look for another job that better fits your flexibility needs.

To help your search, we compiled this list of companies that regularly offer WFH positions. This list is not exhaustive. Many companies that previously only had in-office positions are moving toward more remote positions to attract qualified candidates and save money on office rentals.
