And a 2023 FlexJobs survey2 found that 96% of working professionals preferred remote and hybrid working arrangements for their mental health. The majority of them (54%) wanted a fully-remote arrangement as opposed to hybrid or in office.
Some workplaces have fully embraced WFH, while others have adopted an in-person or hybrid approach. If WFH is your jam and your company doesn’t offer it, it may be time to look for another job that better fits your flexibility needs.
