From $100 to $20,000: Here Are 17 Companies Offering Sign-On Bonuses
Amid a tight labor market, many employers continue to look for ways to counter staffing shortages and lure potential hires back into the workforce.
While some use creative benefits or work-from-home options as hiring draws, others hope to attract employees quickly with immediate cash in the form of a signing bonus.
Many notable large corporations are offering signing bonuses — from $100 to $5,000 as a shift manager at McDonald’s to $5,000 as a retail sales consultant at AT&T or $10,000 for a facilities maintenance technician with United Airlines.
The amount of the hiring bonuses varies greatly across each company and does change from time to time. But a quick browse through a corporation’s career page can show you what’s available. Here’s what we found.
