Ambient, a smart tech company, is hiring a customer support representative.

This is a full-time remote position that may be done from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer cases and incoming calls; documenting issues raised by the support team; and streamlining agent workflows.

You must have one year of experience in technical support in the electronics industry; the ability to sit or stand at a desk for an 8-hour shift; and the ability to work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. MST.
