You must have property and casualty insurance licenses (these can be obtained within 30 days). You also should be familiar with Microsoft, DropBox and customer management software, and you should have great communication skills.

- Running quotes from carriers to ensure that your client finds the best coverage.
- Working from leads provided by Dave Ramsey and his team.
- Finding clients.
Applicants for this position must have:
- Property and casualty insurance licenses, but an insurance license can usually be obtained within 30 days.
- Understanding of Microsoft, DropBox and customer management software.
- Communication skills.
