Team Manager — Customer Service  and Tech Support at Sutherland 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team while developing and training members.
  • Managing service and performance quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creating reports to relay important information in a timely manner.
  • Encouraging recognition and implementing motivational programs.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least two years of experience managing a team remotely.
  • Time management skills with the ability to track multiple schedules and initiatives.
  • The ability to take the reins and make improvements and resolve issues on a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team-building mentality with the willingness to reach out proactively to create relationships and build rapport.
