This is a full-time remote position. You may work from anywhere in the western coast of the United States. Pay is not disclosed.
Responsibilities include helping customers with technical issues, following up with the internal team and maintaining a positive attitude.
You must have experience with CAD desktop software, technical support experience and web-debugging experience.
