Concentrix, a customer experience company, is hiring a sales brand ambassador. This is a full-time remote position.
You will be handling inbound and outbound sales calls to help suppliers understand product value. You will also be explaining updated payment methods.
For this role, you should have customer service experience, along with great verbal and written communication skills. Multitasking abilities are also key.

Responsibilities include:
- Speaking with merchants via outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Helping suppliers understand product value.
- Explaining the request to pay with updated payment methods.
- Tracking, documenting and retrieving information in a call tracking database.
