Direct Interactions, a contact center company, is hiring a customer service specialist.

This is a full-time remote position expected to pay $15 per hour plus benefits. Before you begin, you will be expected to attend an orientation and training beginning Nov. 19.

Work from anywhere in the United States except California, Washington, Illinois, Connecticut or New York.

Responsibilities include processing, navigating and researching unemployment insurance claims; answering incoming calls; and researching information to resolve customer issues.

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, experience working in a team environment, and great written and verbal communication skills.
