Pawp, a tech company for pet owners, is hiring a customer support specialist. This is a contract-to-hire position. It requires a 32-hour-a-week commitment for six months. 

You will be answering questions from Pawp members via live chat, updating member accounts and working with the Pawp team.

You must have at least three years of experience working with help desk tools and at least three years of experience in a customer support role.

  • Written and verbal skills.
