Samsonite, a luggage and travel accessories brand, is hiring a part-time consumer experience agent to work from home. The pay is $17 per hour. 

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email and social media, helping with product information, orders, returns, complaints and more.

You will need at least one year of consumer support experience in a call center (it’s a plus if you have worked in a remote environment in the past). You should have Internet with strong download and upload speeds.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers via the phone, email, text and social media.
  • Assisting customers with products, orders, payments and returns.
  • Explaining warranty policies.
  • Explaining repair options.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • One year of experience handling customer support in a call center.
  • Fantastic written and spoken communication skills.
  • Reliable Internet with good download and upload speeds.
