The global health service company is hiring a customer service supervisor to work from home from anywhere. The salary ranges from $45,100 to $75,100, depending on location and experience. 

You will be managing a group of customer service representatives, providing direction and guidance with regard to policies, procedures, workflows, customer service quality and training.

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus two years of customer service experience in a production or service operations environment. Management or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team with the goals of individual accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting, monitoring and directing the team in relation to performance.

  • Providing support for operation management as required, which may include weekends. 

Applicants for this position must have:

  • A high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • At least two years of customer service experience in a production or service operations environment.
  • At least two years of previous management in a call center or people-leadership experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
