Earn up to $24 as a Part-Time Call Center Rep at Tandem Diabetes Care

Tandem Diabetes Care, a diabetes device manufacturer, is hiring a remote call center representative. This is a part-time position that pays between $18 and $24.15 per hour depending on location and shift.

You will be responsible for helping customers via phone, chat and email. After speaking with each customer, you will document the chats into a Client Relationship Management system.

You must have a high school diploma and the ability to use a CRM tool. It’s preferred that you have at least one year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping customers via phone, chat and email.
• Documenting each call into a Client Relationship Management system.
• Acting as a customer advocate.
• Identifying potential health and safety issues with products and following appropriate internal notification procedures.

Applicants for this position must have:

• A high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service position is preferred.
• The ability to use a CRM tool.
• Ability to type at least 55 words per minute.
