Earn up to $36/Hour as a Customer Support Lead for Swing Education

Swing Education, an online platform connecting substitute teachers and schools, is hiring a customer support lead. You may work anywhere in the United States, but you will be operating on a Pacific Standard Time schedule. The compensation is expected to be between $33 and $36.48 per hour.

You will be managing daily support operations, ensuring the team is meeting goals and managing associate data tracking on a daily and weekly basis.

You must have email and phone customer service experience, and you should be organized. At least one year of experience as a team leader plus a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
