KnowBe4, an on-demand interactive training company, is hiring a customer success team manager. This is a full-time remote position expected to pay $60,000 to $70,000 annually, including bonuses and commissions.
You will be responsible for making recommendations to hire, fire, discipline and promote employees; forging relationships with customers; and managing the onboarding process.
You should have experience with Google Docs and MS Office, plus at least one year of experience managing customers within a SaaS subscription model. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
