Customer-service outsourcing company Sutherland is hiring full-time customer service reps across the nation to work on a team dedicated to helping Airbnb customers. The starting rate is $14 an hour with the potential for performance-related boosts.

Sutherland handles customer-service operations on behalf of Airbnb, so you won’t be directly employed by the room-booking company. To qualify, you’ll need some experience in customer service or sales. These positions come with benefits, and paid training is part of the onboarding process.
