iRhythm, a digital health care company, is hiring a customer care advocate.

This is a full-time remote position. Hours are expected to be from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and making outbound calls; updating records; and providing an estimate of patient responsibility.

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent; at least three years of customer service experience; and verbal and written communication skills.
