Stryker, a medical tech company, is hiring a customer service representative. 

This is a full-time remote position paying $20-$32 per hour plus benefits and a potential bonus. Hours would be weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities include validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases; following up on purchase orders; and updating order statuses to accelerate the billing process.

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent; at least two years of customer service experience; and preferably, an understanding of the medical implant industry.
