SweetRush, a corporate training program, is hiring a freelance learning experience designer.
Prior to becoming a freelancer, you will need to do a four-week training program for 30-35 hours per week, which pays 50% of your hourly rate.
Once you are onboarded, responsibilities include interpreting audience insights; creating learning experience content; and creating flow charts, design documents and storyboards to help the client and production teams.
You must have an associate degree or the equivalent; five years of experience in an educational company or the equivalent; and an understanding of Instructional Design theory.
