Talbots, a retailer specializing in women’s clothes, shoes and accessories, is hiring a remote customer service representative located near Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls and helping resolve customer issues. You will also be relating sales promotions and Talbots campaigns to the callers, along with using tools to provide customer satisfaction.
To be eligible for this part-time job, you must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. You’ll also need at least one year of customer service experience.
