The Health Tech Startup Noom Is Hiring a Full-Time App Support Specialist

ScoreCard Research

Want to work at the crossroads of health and technology?

Noom, a mobile health and fitness tech startup, is hiring a support specialist to help users navigate its app. This position is full-time and fully remote, with the option to work out of the New York City headquarters, if desired.

The listing doesn’t mention any formal requirements, but some previous experience with startups is preferred. Ditto for benefits, although Glassdoor indicates the company offers full-time employees health insurance, a 401(k) program, paid time off and other perks.

To apply, you’ll need to include a resume and a cover letter. In your letter, make sure to answer the following question: “Of all the customer experiences you’ve had, which company/organization did the best job and why?”

(If you need some help crafting the rest of your cover letter, our guide can walk you through the process.)
