The Mayo Clinic is hiring an assistant supervisor. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with standard weekday hours. The job is available anywhere in the U.S., and pays up to nearly $30 per hour.

You will be doing non-clinical administration support tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and processing invoices.

To qualify, you must have one of the following:

  • A high school diploma or GED with at least three years’ experience in an administrative support role.
  • A one-year degree in an administrative, business or medical-related program with at least two years’ experience in an administrative support role.
  • An associate degree in administrative, business or medical-related program with at least one year of experience in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling, coordinating and following-up for meetings, events and professional travel.
  • Managing calendars.

  • Composing or transcribing correspondence.
  • Creating and maintaining web pages, databases, spreadsheets and social media accounts.
