Pearl Interactive Network, a contact center services company, is hiring a customer service coordinator. This is a full-time remote position paying $14 per hour. 

Shifts are between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. CST weekdays and between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST on Saturdays.

You will be responsible for contacting patients to schedule medical and dental services; resolving issues regarding appointment scheduling; and calling patients regarding health assessment processing.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a year of call center experience and computer navigation skills.
