Toast, a payment platform, is hiring a customer care tax expert.

This is a full-time remote position paying $26 per hour that starts Dec. 16.

You will be expected to do a virtual five week training from 9-6 CST. After training, you will work shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST weekdays.

Responsibilities include researching payroll tax issues; helping customers with tax questions via phone and email; and identifying and resolving discrepancies.

You must have two years of experience in a customer satisfaction role; two years of payroll experience; and an understanding of payroll taxes.
