This is a full-time remote position expected to pay $16-$20 per hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities include responding to customer calls about retirement products, researching information and documenting customer inquiries.

To qualify, you should have an associate degree or equivalent work experience; one year of customer service or financial service experience; and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
