Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform, is hiring a customer experience agent. This is a three-month contract position with potential to become a full-time job.
Responsibilities include resolving customer and seller issues; researching and investigating new products, listings, sellers and quality concerns; and working with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency.
You must have at least one year of experience in customer service, user experience or fulfillment. You also must have weekend availability and a positive customer-first attitude.
