Cambium Learning Group is hiring a customer service representative.

This is a remote part-time job where you’ll be working weekdays plus the occasional Sunday in four-hour shifts from 2:30-6:30 p.m. EST. Pay is not disclosed. 

Responsibilities include helping customers via phone, email, chat and social media; responding to customer inquiries and keeping records of customer interactions.

To qualify, you must have at least two years of customer service and retention experience; you need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and the Internet and you must have an internet speed of at least 7Mbps.
